Today I planned to make a few minor changes to the website. Nothing huge, just cleaning things up and making it a bit easier to use.
Cleaning the clutter
The first thing I did was remove some unwanted junk. Yeah, those subdomain panels are gone now. Instead of having them take up space on the page, I moved everything into the navigation bar where it honestly makes a lot more sense.
Support button
I also added a new SUPPORT! button right below the navigation bar. If you want to support upcoming projects, experiments, ebooks, or whatever random thing I'm building next, that's where you can do it.
For now it only accepts UPI payments. Later on I plan to connect it to a proper payment gateway so cards and other payment methods can be used as well.
What's coming next
One thing I want to add soon is an updates section and announcement banners. It would be useful for posting new releases, project updates, and other things happening around the site.
That also includes future projects and ebooks. Some of you already know that I occasionally write novels as well. Yep, Author Emty XD.
A questionable idea
Now for the important question: should I connect AdSense? I'm honestly not sure. On one hand it could help cover hosting costs and fund future projects. On the other hand, ads are annoying. I'll probably think about it a bit more before making that decision.
